Hi guys,
I am a Canadian looking to start doing some damage in the US...or Canada (Depends which is currently presenting more opportunities and which will enable me to use more leverage...)
I think the US presents better opportunities to generate more returns, however, I think Canada gives me better access to leverage because I am Canadian.
I need advice on what to do...
I have around 400k in Capital that I am looking to start a real estate investment firm with but I want to take baby steps first and try out your investment strategy and tactics before diving full force.
I have a lot of questions and I would love if we could schedule sometime to talk... Anytime is good for me.
For now, does your program have access to the 5% down payment for Canadians investing in US with no US social security number??
Thanks and looking forward to hearing from you.
