I am having difficulty finding out information as to the tax benefits I can have from renting out my condo.

Hello,

The basic tax benefits of owning rental property are that any expenses can be deducted from the rental income.

You then add that net income to your personal taxes.

But this is a HUGE topic and because we're not trained accountants we're hesitant to share specifics. If you'd like a recommendation for an Accountant just email info@RockStarBrokerage.com and we'll pass one your way.
