Hello
I am from Vancouver and am currently living in Toronto. I have seen the price of real estate sky rocket (4-5x) what the asking prices were 10 years ago in both markets. Now I am seeing the price of waterfront property in the Ontario cottage country doubling and tripling what it was 10 years ago as well.
What are your thoughts on oceanfront property in Atlantic Canada (primarily PEI). Do you see all oceanfront property becoming a premium asset in the future? If we invested I would be looking for something >10 acres, oceanfront and would plan to hold 15-20 years.
Looking forward to your thoughts!
Thanks
