Advertising a property to investors is easy with online marketing. Websites that support advertisement that could link to your site such as Facebook, Twitter etc. In, Addition, through Search Engine Optimization that could have a great traffic reach for searchers using search engines.

Google up local real estate investing networking groups. They're full of investors who would be interested in such a thing. Everything city likely as at least one and usually many of these.
