Hi there,
I'm a young ambitious recent university grad living on Vancouver Island. I have not invested in property yet, but I plan to use real estate as a foundation in investment portfolio.
My end game is to end up investing in cash flowing apartments and multifamily units.
Doing value-add deals in the apartment arena gets me excited.
I'd like to know what your opinion is on how I should get started in my real estate venture. I'm currently looking for a duplex or a home that can provide positive cash flow at the end of the month, but it's quite hard to find. I should mention here that I'm not overly interested in the rent-to-own model.
Your time and advice is very much appreciated.
Thanks,
John
