(Metro detroit michigan)
I'm a real estate broker in Michigan living in metro Detroit. I would like advice on buying Canadian rental properties both for myself to buy and my client investors. Personally I want something near Sarnia. But for my clients they just want good rental investment within 1/2 hour of the US/Canada bridges.
Any guides you have or advice? We may have to live in these rentals if we don't get our debt under control here! ;)
