Where can I get info on 10% down investor mortgages?

I've been looking around and can't find any lending institutions that will lend for income property purchase at high ratio rates of 90%. I've read all about it on this site and am wondering what lenders people are using to get high LTV mortgages for their investment properties. Hope you can help.

Hi Rick,

The most recent one was TD Financial, not "TD Canada Trust". I believe TD Financial was an acquired company by TD Canada Trust, likely a smaller mortgage outfit operating under a different name before being rolled into the TD family...ask your broker to look into them.

Look for brokers who have been in the business for 15 or 20 years...they usually have a solid network and can get answers quickly even if they don't know them themselves.
