Hey guys, I am looking to spread my wings and fly (out of my parents home and into my own!). I currently live in Vaughan, and really like the area but do not want to buy for myself in Vaughan due to the home prices, property taxes and utility prices all being way too high. I was thinking of Bradford. Bradford did have somewhat of a boom about 5 years ago and people that bought then have equity or have taken the money and ran. Other than the specifics of the home, what do you think of the area itself? Do you see potential for more appreciation in home prices? Does the area have the qualities of an area worth investing in?
Interested in your thoughts.
Thanks a lot.
